Tenant Change Form

The property owner and tenant acknowledges that all trash and refuse must be properly stored and disposed of in accordance with Borough regulations and the current refuse collection contract. Current regulations include, but may not be limited to: A maximum of five (5) kitchen-sized bags or two (2) 32-gallon containers per collection. One (1) bulk item permitted during the first full week of each month. Trash must be properly contained and may not accumulate on the property. Excessive accumulation of garbage, rubbish, or refuse may constitute a violation of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) and Borough Ordinances. Failure to comply may result in violations, fines, or additional collection charges.

I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submission of this form does not replace any required inspections, permits, licenses, or occupancy approvals required by the Borough of Wilson. I understand that electronic signatures submitted through the Borough website shall be considered legally binding to the same extent as handwritten signatures.
