| Our
newest apparatus addition is Ladder 2421, a 2003 Metz 105‘aerial
ladder truck with a 1500 gpm Hale pump.
The custom chassis was manufactured by HME and the body is by
General Safety Equipment. This
unit replaces a 38 year old American LaFrance ladder truck.
The apparatus was fully funded by using Community Development
Block Grants. |

The department operates out of one
station and responds to a variety of fire, rescue and hazmat incidents. We also
conduct fire prevention programs and public education.
In an effort to expand our services
to the community, the fire department has placed two Automated External
Defibrillators (AED) in service.
