The On Line Citizen Complaint and Service Request Form is a form that is used by the Borough staff to document and report problems and requests from the public through the Internet!

If you live, work or are visiting in Wilson Borough and spot a physical problem or have a service request, you can fill out the following form and send it to us on the Internet.  We will forward it to the appropriate Borough department for action.
